How do I find my account number?Your account number is located in the upper right-hand corner of your bill. You will need to enter the last 6 numbers of your account number as part of the authentication process. You will also be prompted to enter the last four digits of the phone number that is on your MetroCast account and your zip code of where you have cable service. It's a quick and simple one-time process:
Go to the Olympics Online Connect page on NBCOlympics.com, download the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight, and select
MetroCast from the provider dropdown list.
When prompted, enter specific information to validate your subscription to MetroCast including the last 6 digits of your account number, phone number and zip code.
After successfully validating your subscription to at least MetroCast Expanded Basic service, a confirmation will appear on screen. You will then be able to start watching premium content immediately.
To continue to access this premium content on NBCOlympics.com, you must remain a subscriber to CNBC and MSNBC throughout the Olympics.
