Video On Demand FAQs

Video On Demand is on MetroCast Digital Cable and is a new way of watching television. VOD allows digital customers to choose from hundreds of movies and programs using their digital cable box. In many cases, selections can be made at no extra cost! Customers can rewind, fast forward, pause, or stop their selections and store them for up to 24 hours to watch anytime they'd like as many times as they choose. *Service not available in all areas.

Video On Demand (VOD) is accessible to customers with a digital settop converter. Some titles are free, while others are available for a fee that is charged to your bill.

If your television is connected to a MetroCast digital settop converter, you will have access to Video On Demand. Video On Demand is not available via a DTA (Digital Terminal Adapter).

A MetroCast digital settop converter is required to access Video On Demand.  A digital terminal adapter (commonly called a DTA) does not provide access to On Demand.
