Q. What were you looking for specifically when you contacted MetroCast?

A. I was interested in providing both wireless and wired internet as well as television to my customers. Also, my security system required a cable connection, so that we could observe everything happening in the Laundromat over a computer via an Internet connection.

Q. Did MetroCast provide you with all the options you needed?

A. Yes. My personal Account Executive was great! She explained to me all the options MetroCast had to offer and helped me to come up with the best solution for what I needed.

Q. How have your customers reacted to having a wireless internet connection as well as televisions at the laundromat?

A. The feedback has been really positive. People love the TV and they really like the Internet. It helps them pass the time while waiting for their laundry and sets us apart from other laundromats.

Q. How was the installation process for you?

A. I was really concerned at first because with getting the building ready, everything was on a tight schedule. But, the Business Services Technician came out and checked it all out well before the installation and told us exactly what would need to be installed. Come installation time, he did everything he said would need to be done. He had a game plan, and because of that, the installation was very smooth and quick! The tech was awesome!

Q. Overall, what has your experience been like with MetroCast Business Services?

A. My experience has been great so far and I really wouldn't have anything negative to say. The planning, scheduling, and implementation was smooth as can be and so easy! Even the follow up and maintenance is great.

A. The local service with MetroCast is great. If I have a problem, I can always call and talk to someone and that's better than any other services I've had.

Q. You had Business DSL before. What made you change to MetroCast?

A. I had Business DSL before I switched to MetroCast and Business DSL did not give me the priority service I needed. I was out of service for over a week and it seemed I was getting the run around. So, I called MetroCast and they came right over and got me set up. Within just a couple days, they had me up and running.

Q. How does MetroCast compare to DSL.

A. My service with MetroCast is much better than DSL. I haven't had a problem and it's faster than DSL. It's been excellent!
