Update Your DNS Settings
MetroCast has upgraded its network to improve our customers' online experience. This may require a change to the Internet connection settings on your PC and possibly your router before you are able to take advantage of the network improvement.
The following instructions are intended as a guide should you want to make the change yourself. Your in-home system may vary somewhat, but many of the terms are similar across a variety of systems. If you would prefer that this process be completed by a MetroCast technician, please contact Technical Support. Our support line is available 24/7 to meet your needs and to assist you with this change step by step. You may also chat with MetroCast Technical Support 24 hours a day with our Internet Support Live Chat (click on Need Help bar at right).
