MetroCast Terms and Conditions for My Account Enrollment

These terms and conditions apply to your use of this MetroCast website for the online account management feature ("My Account"). By accessing and using this website and completing the My Account registration, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to those set forth in your current MetroCast subscriber agreement(s) for your MetroCast services and for the MetroCast website.

You agree to provide MetroCast with current, accurate, complete, and updated information required for My Account registration, including your e-mail address, name, phone number, MetroCast account number, and your password and reminder question. You further agree to provide MetroCast with current, accurate, and complete data when using the My Account features, such as bill payment, update account information, add features, and MetroCast payment. Additional terms and conditions (http://www.metrocast.com/policies/online-payment-terms) also apply when you use MetroCast Online payment to initiate a one time or recurring charge or debit entry on your credit card, debit card or deposit account (as applicable). By initiating such a charge or debit entry using MetroCast payment, you agree to be bound by such additional terms and conditions.

You further agree to notify MetroCast immediately of any changes in your registration data. You are responsible for updating your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is not current, you will not receive notice of your online bill posting; however, your payment due date will remain unchanged.

After you complete your My Account registration, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and security information such as your login and reminder question. You agree not to give your password(s) or security information to anyone. Should you allow others access to your account and/or password information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or security information has been lost or stolen, contact as immediately; http://www.metrocast.com/support/contact.

MetroCast may at any time and without notice make changes to this site, these terms and conditions, the My Account feature or to any products described in this site. MetroCast may discontinue My Account without notice, or may require re-enrollment in order for you to access My Account. Your continued use of the My Account feature following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by any changes to these terms and conditions.

Activity-Related E-mails
MetroCast may send you e-mails regarding your MetroCast account or services from time to time. For example, we may send you an e-mail about changes to your service, a payment you made to your account, or an upcoming recurring payment. In order to continue using the My Account feature, you may not opt out of these communications. If you fail to check or if you deactivate your specified e-mail account you may miss important information regarding your MetroCast account.

We will not use the preferred e-mail address you provide for promotion or marketing. If you would like to receive information from us about products, services, and special offers, promotions, and features you may do so by visiting our E-mail Preference Center at www.metrocast.com/support.cfm to learn how to opt in or opt out of receiving these types of promotional communications. Of course, if you have separately opted in to receive promotional e-mail from MetroCast then you may receive promotional e-mails already from MetroCast. You can change your e-mail preference for promotional e-mails by returning to the web page where you opted in and changing your preferences accordingly.
