    MetroCast Digital Phone provides direct 711 dialing for users of the Telecommunications Relay System in compliance with all applicable federal regulations.

    MetroCast Digital Phone is compatible with teletypewriters ("TTY") and telecommunications devices ("TDD") for customers with a hearing or speaking disability. Please check with the hardware manufacturer of any such device if you have any questions about whether any such device is compatible for use with phone service.

    MetroCast provides free Directory Assistance calls and waives operator surcharges for MetroCast Digital Phone customers with disability certification, upon request and based on standard usage levels. Call MetroCast's customer service for more information.
